Our Arbitrators: World Class

Our roster is made up of a wide range of world-class arbitrators, each with varying skills, experience and qualifications. All of whom are members (MCIArb) or fellows (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators or equivalent.

The aim of The Arbitration Company is to ensure that the most appropriate person or persons (depending on whether a tribunal of one or three arbitrators is required) are appointed to deal with your dispute. Therefore we ensure that our roster includes professionals from various industries, whether it be legal, construction, engineering, finance, shipping, intellectual property, insurance or any other industry suitable for arbitration, we will appoint the right neutral or neutrals (arbitrators) capable of handling your dispute.

Language barriers will also be overcome as our roster includes multi-lingual professionals from all over the world.

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators requires that all of its members follow their Code of Professional and Ethical Conduct, which all of our arbitrators will abide by. In addition, most of the other bodies that have developed their own rules for arbitration proceedings have also developed their own codes of conduct and therefore these codes will be used whenever applicable in addition to the CIArb code of conduct.

The result is that you can be assured of a highly professional and monitored service from all of our arbitrators who will be seamlessly matched to the requirements of your dispute. You will also have the opportunity to give your comments upon completion of the proceedings so that we can always be sure that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
