There are a number of ways by which we seek to achieve our mission, not least the following:

• We aim to schedule your arbitration in an expedited manner to ensure that the dispute is resolved as swiftly as possible without detriment to the rights of each party to fully present their case.

• There are currently many rules under which an arbitration can proceed. Several of the larger organisations administrate their own rules, whilst others merely present guides and rules for arbitrators taking on such cases. The Arbitration Company will administer them all. Ensuring that whatever set of rules you wish your matter to proceed under, they can all be conducted in one place. Whether it be under the rules of UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, AAA, WIPO, any other institute, or even ad hoc proceedings, they can all be dealt with at The Arbitration Company.

• The various institutes that administer these rules can have fairly complicated costing structures. We aim to make it as clear as possible from the offset what costs will be involved using our schedule of fees.

• All of our arbitrators abide by a code of ethics so you can be assured that your appointed neutral will be fair, just and of the utmost professional integrity. All arbitrations are confidential and you can be certain that this confidentiality will be respected at all times by your tribunal and your administration support.

• The Arbitration Company will be there to support you throughout the process to respond to any concerns or queries you may have and to ensure that you are kept thoroughly informed.
